Just Say No

Just Say No is a song written by Jackson and Stock Aitken Waterman for the 1987 US campaign, War On Drugs aiming to discourage children from engaging in illegal recreational drug use by offering various ways of saying no. The slogan was created and championed by First Lady Nancy Reagan during her husband's presidency.

La Toya Jackson was spokesperson for the campaign in 1987 and recorded Just Say No with SAW on production duties. Not officially released as a single, the song appeared on Jacksons 1988 album, La Toya. In 2013 the album was re-packaged as You're Gonna Get Rocked and released as a deluxe edition with extra tracks/mixes.
